These Terms & Conditions govern your (the Client’s) access to and use of this website, including its content, materials, products and services. By accessing this website or purchasing any product or service, you (the Client) agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms & Conditions, you must not access or use this website. All materials on this website are protected by applicable copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.
Entire Agreement
These Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy, Refund & Cancellation Policy, Disclaimer, and any additional terms expressly incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between the Client and Benuw regarding the Client’s use of this website and the purchase of our products and services, and supersede all prior discussions, understandings, or agreements relating to the same subject matter.

Nature of the Services
Benuw’s services are offered for spiritual, energetic, contemplative, and personal development purposes.
They are intended as subjective and experiential practices.
Benuw’s services are not medical treatment, psychotherapy, counselling, psychiatric care, diagnosis, financial advice, legal advice, or any other regulated professional service.
Participation is entirely voluntary.
No Guaranteed Results
Every individual experiences spiritual or energetic work differently.
Benuw does not guarantee any specific outcome, experience, benefit, transformation, healing, manifestation, emotional state, energetic experience, life improvement, or other result arising from the use of our website, content, products, or services.
Additionally, clients should not assume that meaningful personal or spiritual development will necessarily feel comfortable or immediately beneficial. Some individuals report periods of emotional discomfort, uncertainty, significant life changes, or the re-evaluation of long-held beliefs and relationships as part of their personal process. Others may not experience these effects. Each individual’s experience is unique, and no particular process or outcome is promised or guaranteed.
By purchasing or participating in our products or services, the Client acknowledges and accepts the inherently subjective and uncertain nature of the experience.
Client Responsibility and Release
The Client acknowledges that participation in Benuw’s products and services is entirely voluntary.
The Client remains solely responsible for their own decisions, actions, interpretations, health, finances, relationships, and any consequences arising from participation in or use of Benuw’s products or services.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Client agrees not to hold Benuw liable for decisions made or actions taken by the Client based upon information, teachings, or experiences arising from participation in Benuw’s products or services.
Nothing in this section excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or economic losses arising from participation in our services.
Where liability cannot legally be excluded, our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Right to refuse service
Benuw reserves the right to refuse or terminate services where doing so is reasonably necessary, including abusive behaviour, fraud, or circumstances that make continuation inappropriate.
Where services are refused or terminated after payment, any refund shall be determined in accordance with the Refund & Cancellation Policy and applicable law.
Service Tiers
Tier 1 — Basic Remote Energy Work (automated)
No consultation, coaching, interpretation, correspondence, customization, or follow-up is included unless explicitly stated.
Performance of the service commences automatically and immediately upon successful payment and is considered completed at that time.
Tier 2 — Custom Remote Energy Work (one-time purchase or subscription-based)
These services includes individualized energetic work based upon the information requested during booking.
Only the services specifically described on the sales page or in direct correspondence are included.
Subscriptions continue until cancelled according to the cancellation policy.
Pricing
Prices are displayed before purchase.
Basic remote energy work (Tier 1) allows payment within the published minimum and maximum contribution range. If applicable, VAT is included in the price selected.
For custom packages (Tier 2 and up), a full price breakdown will be provided prior to payment.
For Business to Business (Tier 2 and up), VAT is excluded in the quotes and if applicable needs to be processed and fulfilled by the Client, unless they are located within Belgium.
Recordings
BENUW does not record any part of sessions in any way, shape or form, unless specifically requested by the client or explicitly agreed upon beforehand. Unless agreed upon otherwise, recordings are deleted after 30 days.
The client may record private sessions and use the recording for personal use only. Making parts of the recording public or sharing these with others, or selling them, is prohibited.
Payment processors
Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. Benuw does not store complete payment details.
Third party services
Benuw may recommend or refer to third-party products, services or professionals that we believe may be of interest to Clients. Such references do not constitute guarantees, endorsements of suitability, or warranties regarding those third parties. Clients remain solely responsible for determining whether any third-party product or service is appropriate for them.
Use License of downloadable materials
Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of any downloadable materials on this website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:
- Modify or copy the materials;
- Use the materials for any commercial purpose, or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial);
- Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials;
- Transfer the materials to another person; or
- Reproduce the materials in any way shape or form.
This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions without prior explicit written consent from Benuw and may be terminated by Benuw at any time. Upon terminating your viewing of these materials or upon the termination of this license, you must destroy any downloaded materials in your possession whether in electronic or printed format.
Force Majeure
Benuw shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations where such delay or failure results from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, civil unrest, government action, labour disputes, interruptions to utilities or internet services, cyberattacks, technical failures, illness, or other events beyond its reasonable control. In such circumstances, Benuw shall be entitled to suspend, postpone, or reschedule performance until reasonably able to do so.
Definition of lifetime access
“Lifetime access” of products means access for the duration of the product being available on the platform on which they are available. Benuw will make reasonable efforts to notify clients of any change to availability within a reasonable time frame and offer alternatives at its discretion.
Testimonials
Any testimonials or examples of results shared on benuw.com are authentic experiences from real clients. However, they are presented for illustrative purposes only and do not serve as a guarantee that you will achieve the same or similar results. Any outcome depends upon numerous factors unique to each individual.
All testimonials have been provided voluntarily without payment and with consent. Some may have been translated and names may have been changed.
Intellectual Property
All written materials, recordings, meditations, teachings, and website content remain our intellectual property unless otherwise stated.
They may not be reproduced or redistributed without written permission.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
Changes to this policy
Benuw may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The updated version will become effective upon publication on this website. For material changes affecting existing paid services or subscriptions, Benuw will make reasonable efforts to notify affected Clients.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Belgium, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection laws applicable in the Client’s country of residence.
