By accessing Benuw’s products or services, you (the customer) are agreeing to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. The materials contained on this site are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.

Definition of lifetime access

“Lifetime access” of products means access for the duration of the product being available on the platform on which they are available. Benuw will endeavour to notify customers of any change to availability within a reasonable time frame and offer alternatives at its discretion.

However, they are presented for illustrative purposes only and do not serve as a guarantee that you will achieve the same or similar results. Your success depends entirely on your own dedication, circumstances, and application of the principles.

Medical indemnification

Benuw does not provide medical advice. We are not doctors, we do not pretend to be – always seek medical advice for any medical issues, physical, mental, emotional or otherwise.

In its courses and during coaching, Benuw may mention alternative healing practices, these do not replace medical treatments in any way, shape, or form. They cannot replace medical treatments, but they could support people on their healing journey. Any mention of alternative healing practices and/or treatments is not medical advice.

General Indemnification

Customers are entirely responsible for how they integrate the information in Benuw’s services into their lives. The healing process is often turbulent involving significant life changes. Customers embark on this journey of their own free will and are responsible for all the results.

Upon purchase, the customer assumes full liability and responsibility for use of Benuw’s services. Customers are solely responsible for all aspects of how they use Benuw’s teachings. Benuw has no responsibility, authority, or control whatsoever with respect to the actions or omissions of the customer. Benuw makes no representations or warranties, whether express or implied, as to the professional fitness or competence of the customer, or their assigns (including but not limited to their employees, independent contractors, associates or agents). The customer acknowledges and agrees that Benuw and its officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates and other customers assume no responsibility for the customer’s activities. To the greatest extent possible under applicable law, the customer shall fully indemnify, hold harmless and defend Benuw and its directors, officers, employees, partners, consultants, agents, stockholders, family, assigns and Affiliates (collectively, “Benuw”) from and against all claims, actions, suits, demands, liabilities, obligations, charges, damages, losses, settlements, judgments, fines, penalties, costs and expenses (including without limitation reasonable attorney‘s fees and costs), whether or not involving a third party claim, which arise out of, relate to or result from:

Death, losses or damage, financial or otherwise, sustained as a result of this
purchase, other involvement, or other transaction with Benuw;
Use of items purchased from Benuw;
Any breach of any representation, guarantee, policy, or warranty of Benuw; or
Any breach of any covenant or other obligation or duty of Benuw under this Agreement
or under applicable law.

Recordings

BENUW does not record any part of sessions in any way, shape or form, unless specifically requested by the client. Recordings are deleted after 30 days.

The client may record private sessions and use the recording for personal use. Making parts of the recording public or sharing these with others, is not allowed.

Third party services

Any products or services of third parties that Benuw mentions or promotes is due to our belief in these products/services/people being helpful to Benuw’s students. Benuw may earn a commission for recommending third parties, though this is not always the case.

Benuw bears no responsibility for the quality of products or services provided by third parties. Even though Benuw may recommend a product or service, it does not mean that it is the right fit for every customer. It is the customer’s responsibility to determine if the third party product or service is a good fit for them.

Use License of downloadable materials

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of any downloadable materials on this website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

Modify or copy the materials;
Use the materials for any commercial purpose, or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial);
Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials;
Transfer the materials to another person; or
Reproduce the materials in any way shape or form.

This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions without prior explicit written consent from Benuw and may be terminated by Benuw at any time. Upon terminating your viewing of these materials or upon the termination of this license, you must destroy any downloaded materials in your possession whether in electronic or printed format.

Changes to this policy

Benuw may revise these Terms of Use for its website at any time without notice. By using this website you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these Terms of Use.

Governing Law

Any claim relating to Benuw shall be governed by the laws of the Benuw’s home jurisdiction without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
