Benuw Refund Policy

For services, payment is due;

  • when the service ends (if duration is under a month), or
  • at the end of each month (if duration is more than a month)

Payments are final and will not be refunded once paid.

If the client is unhappy with the delivered services, please let us know immediatly within 3 days after a session, so sessions can be paused. Benuw will resolve the issue with the client or cancel the services. A refund or discount may be given, but is not guaranteed.

Please know that:

  • All long term services (longer than a month) come with a 7 day trial (the first 7 days of BENUW providing the service) in which the client can decide if they wish to continue the service. If within the 7 day trial the client decides to discontinue the service, then no payment is required.
  • Any service can be stopped at any time by sending an email. The payment owed will be calculated pro rata and remains due at the end of that month.
  • The client can change the number of sessions and how they want to work at any time, by sending an email or discussing directly with their coach. Payments will be adjusted accordingly.

Refunds or fee reductions

Should Benuw at its discretion provide a refund or fee reduction, administration costs and payment service fees (from the payment processor) will be deducted from the refund or fee reduction.
