This policy outlines how we process any personal data that we process and how you can delete it.
In short, as far as we are aware, we only use personal data for the reasonable administration of our business. We DO NOT sell users personal data, nor use it for advertising purposes unless given explicit consent.
We, Benuw, registered in Belgium, are the company that operates the website https://www.benuw.com/ and are the data controller of your personal data.

Why, What, and How We Process Your Personal Data
We process your personal data to deliver our products, communicate with you, and monitor the usage of our websites.
Here’s an overview of our processing purposes, the categories of personal data we process, and how we do it:
- To communicate with you, we process your name, your email address, and any other contact information you provide. You can contact us via email and provide your contact details voluntarily so that we can respond to your inquiries.
- You may join our newsletter mailing list by providing us with your email address and name voluntarily. We would then provide you with our email newsletter through Convertkit or a similar platform.
You can unsubscribe any time by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of every email.
Purchases
In addition, when you purchase items from our website, our payment processors Stripe and/or Paypal are given permission to handle your payment details. In these cases, we don’t see your credit card or payment information. Rather, Stripe and/or Paypal, the external payment handler, manage your payment details.
Invoices are kept for 10 years according to Belgium law and our administrators and accountants have access.
We do not share anything about who we work with on our website, social media, in newsletters or any other ways, unless the client gives written permission. When a client provides a testimonial, the client is giving permission to make the testimonial public.
Client sessions
We keep your contact and business information for the duration of working together.
We do not keep records of the work we do, we don’t have progress files or recordings.
Client sessions will not be recorded by BENUW, unless requested by the client. Recordings will be given to the customer and will be deleted from our systems after 30 days.
Clients may record their own sessions (video and/or audio), but can not distribute or share any part of it in any way. Recorded sessions are for personal use only.
Clients may request to have additional support provided via electronic messages sent via email, SMS or messaging apps such as Whatsapp. How we handle the records of these messages shall be decided on a case by case basis with the client.
All personal information shared during sessions is kept private and will not be shared with anyone, unless specifically requested by the client. No personal information is recorded or kept in any way, shape or form, unless requested by the client. We don’t keep progress files.
In case of working with trainee’s, your trainee-coach may request help from its teacher and discuss part of your issues with its teacher (while protecting your identity), to better help you. These conversations are not recorded and treated privately. Your trainee-coach will always inform you about this in advance and ask for your permission.
Cookies

Protecting your child’s privacy
Our websites, products and services are not intended for those below 16 years of age (‘Children’).
If you’re a parent or guardian and realize that your child has shared personal information with us, please let us know. We’ll promptly delete that data from our servers.
